Paid Ads Management
Meta & Google Ads built, launched and optimized against real budgets — not vanity metrics.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth about most ad accounts: they don’t have a targeting problem, a platform problem, or even a budget problem. They have a nobody’s-actually-watching problem. Campaigns get switched on, budgets get set, and then everyone waits and hopes — instead of running the account the way you’d run anything else you were paying for out of your own pocket.
That’s the difference here. I don’t hand you a dashboard full of impressions and call it a strategy. I build the campaign, score the creative before it ever sees a budget, watch what the tracking actually says in the first 48–72 hours, and move money toward what’s working while it’s still cheap to do so — not three weeks later, once the “learning phase” excuse has quietly eaten half the month’s spend.
How an account actually gets run
Audit or clean build
What’s already running gets pulled apart first — offer, audience, existing tracking. If there’s nothing yet, it gets built from zero the right way, instead of copying whatever the last agency left behind.
Score before spend
Every hook and angle runs through Angle Bankası, my own 6-dimension scoring framework, before a single lira or dollar goes to media. This is the step most accounts skip entirely.
Build & launch
Meta (Advantage+ and manual) and Google campaigns get structured and launched around what actually scored well, with a budget shape that matches how fast the account can realistically learn.
Watch, don’t wait
Tracking gets checked against real events, not just “is the pixel firing.” Winners get more budget. Losers get killed, not “given more time.”
The CTR a value-comparison creative hit on a live account — while a pain-led variant on the same account burned budget with zero conversions. Found and fixed with my own tracking, not a hunch.
What actually changes when I take over an account
Budget stops sitting on creative that “might still work.” Reporting stops being a monthly PDF nobody reads and starts being the thing that decides what runs next week. And because I’m the one writing the angles, building the campaigns, and reading the tracking, there’s no handoff gap between the person who had the idea and the person who has to explain why it did or didn’t work — which is usually where accountability quietly disappears in a bigger team.
What this doesn’t fix
Paid ads management can’t save an offer nobody wants, and it won’t fix a landing page that’s actively working against the ad sending traffic to it — which is exactly why landing page work sits right next to this on the site instead of being treated as a separate problem for someone else to solve later.
Who this is for
Turkish DTC brands and English-speaking SaaS founders who already have budget going to ads, or are about to, and want someone who treats that budget with the same paranoia they would if it were their own money. Because for a while, on the velingrey Etsy shop, it was.
Questions worth asking before we start
How fast can an account actually start?+
Once the audit is done and I have access, campaigns are usually ready to launch within a few days — the bottleneck is almost never the platform, it’s making sure the creative has already been scored before it goes anywhere near a budget.
Do you take over accounts that already have campaigns running?+
Yes — that’s the audit step. Whatever is already live gets reviewed against real tracking data first, so nothing gets paused or changed based on a guess about what was or wasn’t working.
Let’s find your winning angle.
If you’ve got a budget going to ads or a landing page that isn’t converting, I’ll tell you straight whether I can move the number.
